1. Who is responsible for your data

2. What data we collect

If you request options (customer): name, phone, email, city, county and ZIP code, what you need, for what date, approximate budget, the channel through which you authorize us to contact you, and the date of that authorization.

If you publish your business: business and contact name, phone, email, category, full address (street, city, county, state, ZIP code), service radius, service channels, description, social media, website and, if you provide them, photos or logo.

Visit measurement: we use Vercel Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not identify individuals: it only counts visits and page views in aggregate form. It does not allow us to track you across sites. If cookie-based analytics are ever added, this policy will be updated before they are activated and consent will be requested.

In the website chat: if you use the chat, the message and the data you decide to leave (name and phone) are stored in our management system so that we can reply to you. The chat is provided by HighLevel / LeadConnector as a technical provider.

3. What we use the data for

• Find and deliver business options compatible with what you requested.
• Publish and maintain your business listing.
• Contact you only through the channel you authorized.
• Let you know about directory events or Live broadcasts, if you asked for it.
• Invoice and sustain the sponsored placements you contract.
• Comply with legal obligations and handle claims.

4. Who it is shared with — this is important

When you request options, your request and the contact data you authorized are shared with compatible businesses so that they can reply to you. That is the purpose of the service; it is not possible to deliver options to you without sharing your request with them.

We also use providers that process data on our behalf: HighLevel / LeadConnector (the management system, the website chat and communications), Vercel (hosting), Meta/WhatsApp (messaging) and, where one exists, the domain's email provider.

We do not sell your data to third parties.

5. Legal basis

We process data on the basis of your express authorization: the consent checkboxes on the form indicate the channel and the purpose for which you authorize contact. Marketing authorizations are always optional and separate. You can withdraw your consent at any time.

6. How long we keep it

For as long as your request or your listing is active, and afterwards for the period necessary to meet legal obligations or a claim. If you ask to be removed, we stop contacting you and delete the data we are not required to keep.

7. Your rights

You can request access to your data, its correction, its deletion, restriction of or objection to its use, and the withdrawal of your authorization. Write to us through the Contact section and we reply during Georgia business hours (ET). If you are in a state with an applicable privacy law, we will handle the request in accordance with that law.

8. WhatsApp and other platforms

If you choose WhatsApp, the conversation is also governed by the WhatsApp and Meta policies, which are outside the Company's control. The same applies to SMS, email or call: each provider processes data under its own conditions.

9. Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date above and notify you on the site when the change is relevant. The version in force is always the one published on this page.
